Passing recipes down through the generations is a common practice in the Noguier household.  Champagne Mother’s Day Brunch guests will have the opportunity to delight in two of Chef Martial Noguier’s mother’s signature dishes.  He is proud to present his mother’s homemade crepes with comté cheese, country ham, and Mornay sauce, as well as her French bean salad with roasted hazelnuts, vine ripe tomatoes, and crème fraiche.  The food here is ALWAYS  AMAZING!
