Join Chef Chris Tong of the upscale Chicago private dining service, My Private Chef for a culinary tour of fabulous French Bistro fare. You will learn how to prepare a complete bistro menu and come away with valuable tips and some great recipes.

The class is scheduled at Treasure Island Foods at 2121 North Clybourn, Chicago.

It will be held on Tuesday, March 11, 2014 from 7pm-9pm. The cost is $24.00 per person.
