TPAN Moves Offices to 5050 N. Broadway in Uptown Chicago
Test Positive Aware Network, (TPAN), moved from its offices in Edgewater Beach over the weekend to an office building at 5050 N.
Broadway, in the Uptown neighborhood. It will reopen at the new location
on Oct. 1, with all groups and services running normally by Oct. 7.

The social services agency will take over the third floor of the former headquarters of
Combined Insurance—presently a division of AON.

It’s a bigger space and new space and will accommodate more people. If you are going in for services next week, it is recommended you call
in advance to make sure your group or appointment is still scheduled to
