Sweet Miss Giving's bakery has entered into the food truck race. Unlike other bakery food trucks that only sell cupcakes, Sweet Miss Giving's offers breakfast options such as scones and muffins and sweet treats including brownies, cookies...and of course cupcakes!.
The oversized white van will stand out on Chicago's city streets and bring a smile because of its original artwork by some of Chicago House's youngest clients. "We're so excited about today's food truck launch and extending the Sweet Miss Giving's brand beyond catering and our stand at the French Market," says Rev. Stan Sloan founder of Sweet Miss Giving's and chief executive officer for Chicago House.
Bakery lovers can follow Sweet Miss Giving's on Twitter at @SMGFoodTruck to find the latest truck whereabouts or give a location suggestion. The truck travels around Chicago from 7:15 a.m.- 9:45 a.m. for the breakfast shift and restocks for the afternoon sugar rush between 10:45 a.m. - 3 p.m. - or whenever they sell out!
