All you need to do is take 5 seconds and type in your name and address and they will send a FREE fax to your State Rep, telling them that you support Civil Unions!

Civil Unions would provide same-sex (and opposite sex) couples basic rights, such as hospital visitation rights.

If you have an Illinois address (school and/or home),
please take  5 seconds and do this!

It would grant couples basic rights such as hospital visitation rights, the right to make funeral arrangements, the right to share a nursing home or hospital room and emergency medical decision making.
